Originally released as a free gift with purchase of $100 or more in September 2021, this set features three stencils that you can align to layer and create a background full of balloons of different shapes and sizes! When you're done, use the clear, photopolymer stamps to add balloon strings, stars, accents and the words "yay," "hooray" and "wish."

Includes 3 layering stencils measuring 6 x 6 in. and a set of 13 clear, photopolymer stamps.
