Seeing Spots Stencil

When you need just a little something in the background, this stencil is my go-to. I love that the dots are randomly placed. Use light color blending or clear ink for a subtle finish or brights for a more festive card. I might even add red embossing powder to a Get Well card for a friend who's experiencing a rash!!!
