Q: What does it cost to register for Stamp Joy?
A: There are three options to register:
All-Inclusive Teal Package - Regular Price $439, Early Bird Price $389
--In-person Go Bold with Backgrounds Class is available to Teal Package registrants only for an additional $65
Day Trip Super Stamper Saturday Pass - Regular Price $199, Early Bird Price $179

Q: Can I use Crafty Points to pay for my Stamp Joy registration?
A: Unfortunately, Crafty Points cannot be used to pay for Stamp Joy registration as our event registration platform is separate from our e-commerce website.
Q: Can I pay my registration fee in installments?
A: Yes! Simply select the Deposit Payment option on the registration page - you will be charged 50% of your total at checkout and the remaining 50% will be automatically charged to your card on August 26, 2024. Declined charges on the remaining 50% will result in a canceled registration.
Q: How long is Stamp Joy registration open?
A: Early bird registration will be open from 9 a.m (CT) Tuesday, June 18th, through 11:59 p.m. Friday, July 9th. Starting on July 10th registration will no longer have the early bird discounts applied. Regular Stamp Joy registration will continue until July 31 at 11:59 pm or until the event is full.

All-Inclusive (Teal Package) options will get you access to all events occurring each day of the event. In-person Go Bold with Backgrounds Class is available to Teal Package registrants only for an additional $65. The Day Trip (Super Stamper Saturday Pass) grants access to most in-person activities taking place the Saturday of the event. A Staycation (Virtual Class Pass) is available for those who wish to take the Stamp Joy Go Bold With Backgrounds Class virtually at a later date (Saturday, November 16).
Q: How do I register more than one person?
A: If you'd like to register multiple participants, please follow these instructions:
1. Complete the Stamp Joy 2024 registration form with your personal information and click Save Registrant.
2. A window will pop up asking if you'd like to register another person. Click Add Registrant.
3. Complete the registration form again, using the next participant’s information and class selections.
4. Continue to do this until you have registered everyone, then click Continue to Billing. You will then be able to see a full list of registrants and make a single payment to check out.
Q: What is the Stamp Joy 2024 Schedule?

Q: What do I need to bring with me to Stamp Joy?
A: Class participants will need to bring everything on the class supply list (this will be sent out via email before the event). All supplies for the Make & Takes are provided. For attire, we encourage people to dress comfortably in layers, wear comfortable shoes, and bring a water bottle.
Q: Will there be a pre-event shopping discount period?
A: Those who register for the All-Access Teal Package will receive a coupon code in their goodie bag that can be applied to one order during a set period of time after the event. Saturday-Only pass holders will not receive an online shopping discount. Registrants for the Virtual Class Pass will receive a pre-event shopping discount to order crafty supplies they want to have shipped to them prior to the event. An email will be sent to Virtual Class Pass registrants with additional details.
Q: What if I get sick or can't make it at the last minute?
A: We certainly don't want you to come to the event if you're not feeling well. As for life emergencies - well, they happen! If something comes up and you can't make it to Stamp Joy but are past the cancellation window (see below), we will happily send you the materials and instructions for the projects you registered for (as well as your goodie bag!) so you can still enjoy the experience. Simply contact our Customer Service team to get this process started.
Q: Will someone be taking photos at Stamp Joy?
A: Yes, we love to take photos so we can share this experience with others! By registering for the event, you are granting TE permission to record your participation by photograph or video. You further agree that any or all of the material recorded at Stamp Joy 2024 may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications or other materials used to promote Stamp Joy and Taylored Expressions, and that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.
Q: What do I need to know about parking?
A: Parking at your hotel will be the responsibility of each Stamp Joy attendee, however, parking at the Iowa Events Center will be offered at no charge, courtesy of Taylored Expressions. Downtown Des Moines is very walkable and the Iowa Events Center is connected to area buildings via the skywalk system. If you need to cancel your registration for Stamp Joy, you must contact our Customer Service team in order for any applicable refund to be processed.

Cancellation requests received by August 5, 2024 will be granted a 100% refund in the form of store credit.

Cancellation requests received August 6-30, 2024 will be granted a 50% refund in the form of a store credit.

No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received on or after August 31, 2024.
