DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS (WITHIN THE U.S.)

Domestic shipping rates are determined by the weight and dimension of products ordered, as well as the zone in which you are located. Zones are determined by distance between our shipping warehouse and the final destination. We charge exact shipping costs for orders shipped to U.S. addresses. We offer free U.S. shipping on wholesale orders over $150. 

All U.S. shipments to commercial addresses are shipped using FedEx Ground. All U.S. shipments to residential addresses are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. If you have a shipping account with a carrier other than FedEx (e.g. UPS), we will be happy to use your account to ship orders. Please contact us to provide your shipping account name and number.  Using another carrier may delay your shipment by 1 business day and may incur a handling charge, even when the free shipping threshold has been met.  

Most orders ship within 2 business days of receipt (excluding pre-orders for new release items) and are delivered within 3 business days. We understand that there are times when you need an order shipped right away and we are happy to accommodate requests for expedited shipping whenever possible. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (OUTSIDE THE U.S.)

International shipping rates are determined by the weight and dimension of products ordered as well as the zone in which your country is located. Zones are determined by distance between our shipping warehouse and the final destination. We charge exact shipping costs plus a small handling fee for document preparation to ship orders to international addresses. To determine your shipping cost, please log in to your TE Wholesale Account and add the desired items and quantities to your shopping cart.  Then, go to the Checkout page and confirm your shipping address. The various shipping options for the items in your cart will then be displayed.    

There are 4 options available for most international shipping addresses:

DHL Express

DHL is a full-service carrier providing door-to-door delivery (including customs clearance) to most countries within two to three business days. To expedite delivery, DHL may pre-pay customs charges for you. If this is the case, they will charge you a finance service fee. In many countries, you have the option of opening a customs debit account; you maintain a balance from which your customs charges are deducted. The customs debit account option eliminates the customs finance service fees. DHL offers detailed tracking on all shipments.  

USPS Express

With delivery to most countries, USPS usually offers the most economical shipping rates for overseas shipping. However, USPS does not provide detailed tracking after the package leaves the customs checkpoint. USPS shipments are also subject to lengthy custom delays and are not insured unless insurance is requested at the time your order is submitted.

FedEx

FedEx provides door-to-door delivery to most countries within five business days. To expedite delivery, FedEx pre-pays customs charges and then invoices your shipping account for those fees. A FedEx shipping account is required for us to ship your order using FedEx and a handling fee may be assessed in addition to actual shipping charges. Please contact us to provide your FedEx account number. FedEx offers detailed tracking on all shipments.

U.S.-based Freight Forwarder

We are happy to work with your U.S.-based freight forwarder. All shipments to U.S.-based freight forwarders are shipped using FedEx Ground and can take up to 3 days to be delivered. FedEx offers detailed tracking on all shipments. Using a U.S.-based Freight Forwarder requires us to classify your account to receive U.S. shipping options. Please inform us if you would like your account changed from international shipping options to U.S. shipping options and vice versa. Shipments made to U.S.-based freight forwarders will qualify for free U.S. Shipping on orders over $300.
